Ask your players while the game is on

Polls go out to everyone in the game, and you watch the answers come in.

Send it yourself, at a set time, or at the first bingo.
Send a poll now or line it up for later
Each poll is one question, and you pick how players answer: one choice from up to six, Yes or No, a 1 to 5 rating, or a short written answer. Send it the moment you think of it, schedule it for a time you choose, or have it go out the instant the first player gets bingo. A movie night might ask "Which movie should we watch next?" right before the break, and a team offsite might ask "Same place next year?" once the first bingo is in. You can write your polls before the game starts and send up to 20 in a game.

Answer now, skip for now, or come back from the Poll tab.
Players answer when they're ready
A new poll opens over the card on a phone and in the Poll tab beside the card on a computer. If someone has just gotten bingo, the poll waits until the celebration is over. Players are encouraged to answer, but nobody has to. Skip for now puts the poll away, and the Poll tab keeps a count of what's still waiting, so it's easy to come back during a lull. Before they answer, players are told whether you'll see their name, and if you share results, they see how everyone voted as soon as they've answered.

Three questions to start, and you can change every one.
Ask for feedback at the right moment
Turn on feedback and each player is asked once, at whichever comes first: when they get bingo, 10 minutes after the first bingo, when the game closes, or at a time you set. The form starts with three questions you can keep or change: "How was tonight's game?" on a 1 to 5 scale, "Would you play again?" and "Anything the host should know?" Add your own (up to five in all). Written questions are optional, so players can leave them blank. When the timing feels right, tap Ask everyone now. Players can put it off with Skip for now or pass with No thanks on the Game Over screen, and late answers still count for 24 hours after the game ends.

Download a CSV or send the report by email.
Every answer in one report
When the game ends, the Game Over screen shows each poll's results, the average rating, how many players would play again, and every comment. Download it all as a CSV, or email the report to yourself or a teammate. Turn on the automatic email and the report goes out an hour after the game ends. Feedback that comes in after that still shows on the Game Over screen and in the CSV, and you can send the report again from there. If a comment doesn't belong in the report, you can hide it or report it to our moderators.
Frequently asked questions
Do players have to answer?
No. Every poll has a Skip for now button, and players can put off the feedback form the same way or turn it down with No thanks on the Game Over screen. A skipped poll stays in the Poll tab until you close it, so players can come back to it.
Can answers be anonymous?
Yes. Turn on Keep answers anonymous and you'll see totals, not who picked what. Players are told before they answer whether you'll see their name, and each poll keeps the setting it was sent with.
Can players see the results?
Only if you want them to. With Show results to players on, each player sees the tally after answering, and everyone can see it once you close the poll. Turn it off and the results are yours alone.
Can I change a poll after it goes out?
You can fix the wording any time. Once a poll goes out, the choices lock so the results stay fair, and Duplicate as a new poll gives you a fresh copy to change. You can also close a poll early or reopen it.
Can I add polls to a game that's already running?
Yes. Turn on Surveys when you create the game, or later from Options in the game, then add polls whenever you like.
Is it free?
Yes. My Event Bingo is free to play. No purchase necessary, no real-money wagering, and no prizes of monetary value.
