1. Our Commitment
My Event Bingo is free to play. There is no real-money wagering and nothing of monetary value is awarded. Games are private social events run by the people who create them, and we want every game to feel safe for the group that is playing it.
Some of what appears in a game is written by its host or players: the game name, custom bingo squares, and chat messages. This page sets the standards for that content and tells you exactly what to do when something is wrong.
2. What Is Not Allowed
The following is prohibited anywhere on the platform, including game names, custom call lists and squares, display names, and chat:
- Harassment, bullying, or threats aimed at any person or group.
- Hate speech or content that demeans people based on who they are.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Sharing someone else's personal information without their consent.
- Spam, scams, deceptive links, or impersonation of another person or brand.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
- Real-money gambling or wagering of any kind. My Event Bingo is a free-to-play entertainment platform and may not be used to run games of chance for money.
Our Terms and Conditions are the full agreement that governs use of the platform; this list is how we apply them to game content and chat.
3. Hosts Run Their Own Games
Every game has a host: the person who created it. Hosts decide whether their game is listed publicly or shared privately by link or QR code, decide what goes on the cards, and control when the game starts, pauses, and ends. Chat and gameplay happen live inside the host's game room with the guests they invited.
Hosts are responsible for keeping their custom content appropriate for their guests. My Event Bingo is a general-audience service and is not directed at children under 13; a host running a game for a mixed group should choose content the whole group can see.
4. Built-In Templates
The ready-made game templates offered in the game creator (baby shower, road trip, holiday games, sports games, and the rest) are written and maintained by the My Event Bingo team. They are publisher-controlled content, not user submissions, and we review them before they ship. A host can edit a template after selecting it, at which point the edited copy becomes the host's own content inside their game.
5. Reporting a Problem
If you see a game, a card, or a chat message that breaks these rules, report it and we will review it:
- Use the contact form and include a link to the game if you have it.
- Or email support@myeventbingo.com.
Reports go to the team that operates the platform. Include as much detail as you can: the game name, roughly when it happened, and what you saw.
6. Advertising and User-Generated Content
Advertising, when present, appears only on pages whose content we write and control, such as our Library articles. We do not place third-party display ads on live gameplay screens, in chat, or alongside other unreviewed user-generated content.
Details about our advertising partners, the cookies they use, and your choices are in our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer covers affiliate links in Library articles.
7. Enforcement
When a report is confirmed, we act on it. Depending on what we find, that can mean removing a game from public listings, removing the offending content, or restricting the responsible account's access to the platform, as provided in our Terms and Conditions. Content that appears to involve a credible risk of harm to a person may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this page as the platform grows. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If you have questions about anything here, please contact us.
